Must be a skilled phlebotomist with 100+ successful draws, able to take manual blood pressures/pulses, reliable transportation and auto insurance (or public transit), willing to travel a 30-mile radius, and possess personal computer/phone/internet/printer/scanner; EKG and bilingual a plus.
