We’re hiring a Lead Systems Engineer to help scale our Test Systems Engineering organization by driving technical hiring, onboarding, and team development. In this role, you’ll combine your experience in test systems, engineering leadership, and program execution to build and grow high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
You’ll partner closely with engineering and program leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals, while also mentoring engineers and ensuring alignment with technical standards, processes, and program needs.
