Immediately Hiring Electrical Engineer – Test Systems & Hardware Integration!!

We’re hiring an Electrical Engineer to design and develop test systems, hardware interfaces, and automated test equipment (ATE) supporting advanced aerospace and defense products. In this role, you’ll work across the full lifecycle—from circuit design and schematic capture to system integration, validation, and production deployment.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build high-reliability test solutions used in both lab and manufacturing environments. This is an ideal role for engineers who enjoy hands-on design, troubleshooting, and solving complex hardware challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical test systems, test equipment, and hardware interfaces
  • Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit designs using tools like Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Graphics, or Creo Schematic
  • Perform circuit analysis, integration, validation, and troubleshooting (analog, digital, mixed-signal)
  • Develop test adapters, cabling, and system interconnects for unit under test (UUT) configurations
  • Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters) for testing and debugging
  • Support full lifecycle development from requirements through deployment in lab and production environments
  • Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis and system-level troubleshooting
  • Contribute to project execution including technical scope, schedule, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design, test engineering, or hardware development
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, Mentor, DX Designer, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with analog, digital, RF, or mixed-signal design
  • Background in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems
  • Experience with hardware integration, system interconnects, and test adapters
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, debugging tools, or software-hardware integration
  • Experience leading projects or providing technical leadership
