About Querio

Querio is solving one of the largest problems that every important company faces - direct data analysis for leaders and operators. We use good engineer, AI agents, and data abstractions to put AI analytics in the hands of every decision maker at the worlds top businesses. Today this looks like our flagship ‘explore’ feature which can write SQL and Python against live databases and generate insights from a prompt.

Role

We have big plans to up-end the space and we’re looking for one more elite engineer to join our pit crew to keep Querio at the top of the podium for this highly competitive space. We’re a team of 5 that works in person and we’re ridiculously focused on our mission. We raised one of the largest pre-seeds in the UK last year, and we have 6 figures in revenue. We’re looking for someone that loves solving hard problems, is extremely opinionated, and that we want to be spend time with everyday.

Requirements

Non-Technical

• you’re ambitious

Technical (nice to have)

• You think that most software today is sloppy and you have ideas on how to make it better
• You understand how software is deployed and monitored
• You program computers for fun in your spare time
• You know what the Web platform is and know how to use it
• You know or can get good with Typescript
• You're comfortable with React, Node, and tRPC

Responsibilities

You are building an AI Data HUD

1. Design software that:

• our customers rely on every day to steer their business
• fits into our vision for BI/AI tooling
• is not AI-generated slop

1. Deliver features from concept to design to production, own the outcomes
2. Work together, have fun, do your best, forget the rest

Nice to have

• You have some experience in Python
• You have an understanding of AI Agents
• You have experience with Knowledge Graphs
• You have experience with data engineering, data pipelines, and analytics
