About the role

The Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) at Queen Mary University of London is seeking to appoint a Research Administrator to provide administrative support to the activities and events organised by the Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse research environment. The key responsibilities of the role will include: - Providing administrative support for the organisation of academic conferences, lectures, workshops and other research-related events. This will involve scheduling meetings, liaising with speakers, managing event registration, and providing on-site support during events. - Supporting the administration of research grant applications and projects, including preparing and submitting applications, managing project budgets, and liaising with funding bodies. - Assisting with the maintenance of the CCLS website and online presence, including updating content and managing event listings. - Providing general administrative support to the CCLS team, including handling enquiries, managing records and databases, and providing secretarial support as required.
