SAP Consultant - Corporate Human Resources

• Evaluate existing HR processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimize through HR automation

 • Collaborate with critical stakeholders from Digital, Implementation partner, HR COE and Business HR teams to implement the identified HR solution 

• Responsible for coordinating the entire HR project lifecycle along with HR COE project lead – Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, finalizing scope of work document, Coordinating with Implementation partner, UAT, LIVE testing, Go-Live, Create dashboards and Reports, parallel run, Conducting train the trainer sessions. 

• Partner with Implementation partner to create User Manuals customized to client’s processes and policies. • Manage support requests and queries for end users • Present weekly updates on the overall progress to the Manager and fortnightly updates to Management
