Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our Data & Analytics team. You will be responsible for uncovering insights from data, building reports and dashboards, and driving data-informed decisions across business functions such as marketing, pricing, operations, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: · Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into analytical solutions. · Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. · Build dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. · Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources. · Collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality, accessibility, and structure. · Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Support experimentation and A/B testing by analyzing performance metrics and drawing meaningful conclusions. Required Skills & Qualifications: · 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role. · Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. · Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or Tableau). · Good working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and basic automation. · Solid understanding of business KPIs, preferably in retail or eCommerce. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data-driven insights effectively.
