Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Mumbai. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost planning, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, and cost reporting. You will work closely with project teams to ensure budget compliance and cost-effectiveness while managing various stages of project estimation, from initial proposals to final accounts. Accurate assessment of cost benchmarks and proactive reporting will form an integral part of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and practical knowledge in Cost Planning
• Ability to perform detailed Cost Reporting and ensure budget compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate budgets and cost forecasts
• Proficiency in project cost estimation software and related IT systems
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is a strong advantage.
