Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor specializing in glazed wall partitions for commercial interior. The role is based in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the cost and procurement aspects of Glazed Wall Partition & Modular Furniture projects, including cost planning, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), shop drawings, discussions with factory, Discussion with Project managers, cost reporting, and cost control. The candidate will ensure project costs are effectively managed and deliverables align with the allocated budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior projects- specifically Glazed Wall partitions and modular furniture
- Proficiency in generating shop drawings and detailed drawings.
- Skills in Cost Management and Estimation for seamless project execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard software tools
- Experience with interior design projects or glazed wall partitions is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
