Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting site measurements, evaluating project costs, and preparing tender documents. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure adherence to budgets, procurement management, and cost optimization in all phases of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in cost estimation, budget forecasting, and financial planning for construction projects
- Proficiency in quantity take-offs, bill preparation, and tendering
- Knowledge of contract management, procurement planning, and vendor negotiations
- Ability to perform accurate site measurements and ensure cost compliance during construction phases
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to drive cost efficiencies
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
- Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in India
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a relevant certification in quantity surveying (preferred)
