Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineer) based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs throughout project lifecycles, planning project budgets, implementing cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency, and preparing regular cost reports. The role also includes liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with financial standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
• Expertise in Cost Reporting and presenting financial insights to stakeholders
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Understanding of construction methods and materials
• Experience in handling large-scale civil engineering projects is a plus
• Proficiency in quantity surveying tools and software is advantageous
