We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in commercial interior projects to join our growing team. If you have expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and project billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs from AutoCAD drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.
Perform quantity surveying, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
Visit project sites to take accurate measurements for bill preparation.
Prepare rate analysis for commercial interior works.
Coordinate with site teams to prepare running bills and final bills.
Ensure accurate quantity calculations, cost tracking, and documentation.
Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Site Engineers to support project execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1–5 years of experience in quantity surveying and BOQ preparation for commercial interior projects.
Strong knowledge of commercial interior materials and fit-out works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
