Quantity Surveyor
Project flow process
Collection of documents and sharing signup mail to the Design team on new bookings
Verifying the details provided in the booking form are as per the approved process and protocol is followed
Preperation of client estimations when required
Leads and Reports
Leads updation from online (daily basis) and offline ( as and when leads are received)
Preparation of Online leads quality reports showing junk percentage and unit cost expenses on leads
Vendor Bill Certification
Collecting service vendor bills from projects team and checking for the quantity as per GFC and rates as per approved rates
Collecting material vendor bills through the procurement team and checking for the quantity as per GFC or material list and rates as per approved rates
Updating the respective ledger after scrutiny of bills with signatures from required members as per process. 95% of estimated qty check
Maintaining Physical measurement books on service bills
