We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team
!
Are you experienced in quantity surveying, construction billing, BOQ review, and site coordination? This could be your next career opportunity
!
📌 Key Responsibilitie
s
🔹 Assist the Construction Quantity Survey Manager in all tasks
.
🔹 Prepare work orders and coordinate for approvals
.
🔹 Conduct periodic site visits for measurement verification
.
🔹 Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and item lists
.
🔹 Prepare work-in-progress valuations
.
🔹 Reconcile materials at project sites
.
🔹 Verify vendor bills and subcontractor invoices
.
🔹 Generate subcontractor bills for all projects, particularly NMR
.
🔹 Prepare measurement sheets and update the ERP system
.
🔹 Coordinate between Head Office and project sites
.
🔹 Prepare daily reports and complete ERP data entry
.
