Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Rewari. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and effective cost control of construction projects. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring project expenditures, and reporting project costs to ensure financial efficiency. The professional will work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective cost management and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure that expenses align with the project budget.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support budgeting and provide accurate financial updates.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate project-related information to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
