Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Jalgaon. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, cost planning, and preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Daily tasks include tracking project expenses, managing budgets, preparing cost reports, and ensuring adherence to financial planning. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to optimize costs and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Strong knowledge of preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Experience in detailed Cost Reporting and providing actionable insights
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills in financial aspects of construction projects
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools like MS Excel and ERP systems is an advantage
