Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role, based in Bardez, Goa. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost planning, and managing budgets for construction projects. Core duties will include cost reporting, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgets while providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role will require collaboration with designers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Proficiency in Cost Reporting and tracking project expenses
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for budget management
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for quantity surveying and costing
- Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous
