Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Hyderabad. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), executing cost control measures, and planning project costs. You will actively monitor budgets, provide cost reporting to stakeholders, and ensure projects adhere to financial objectives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Strong skills in Cost Reporting and budget tracking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with the construction and real estate industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
