Our parent company ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at our Head Office in Kochi.
Prepare BOQs, estimates, tender & contract documents.
Manage cost planning, budgeting, material & labour cost analysis.
Prepare and review interim valuations, payment recommendations and final accounts.
Handle variations, claims, valuations and contractual matters.
Monitor project costs and expenditure to ensure budget control.
Prepare cost reports, cash-flow forecasts and financial analyses.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and contractors.
Support tendering, procurement strategy and contract negotiations.
Assess and manage subcontractor works, payments and schedules.
Provide professional advice on commercial, contractual and financial aspects of projects.
