Role Description
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, handling billing, and ensuring cost control for residential apartment construction projects. The role requires coordination with site engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per drawings
- Handle client billing and contractor billing
- Take off quantities from drawings (RCC, finishing, etc.)
- Verify and certify contractor bills.
- Track project costs and maintain budget control
- Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Hands-on ERP experience is required
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in construction QS role
- Experience in residential/apartment projects
