This is an on-site full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Gurugram/Noida with hands on Experience in Commercial Projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost control, producing and reviewing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), conducting cost planning and management, and preparing detailed cost reports. The role requires thorough collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure effective financial oversight and project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience in preparing and analyzing BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Demonstrated skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Strong analytical and financial skills, coupled with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in large-scale residential or interior design projects is preferred
