Integra Global Solutions is an industry-leading firm dedicated to delivering outstanding projects on time and within budget. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our team as Trainee/Quantity Surveyors.
Key Responsibilities
- Use software to perform accurate quantity measurements for various construction projects.
- Documentation Review: Examine project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure comprehensive takeoffs.
- Data Management: Maintain organized records of quantities and relevant project data for reporting and analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with estimators, quality controllers & project manager to clarify project requirements and specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on measured quantities and any discrepancies found during takeoff.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all takeoffs are completed accurately and adhere to project timelines and standards.
- Relationship: Develop good relationship with international clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in mathematical concepts, especially dimensional formulas, to ensure accurate calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans with high precision and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.
