Job details:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budgets for corporate interior projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering, bid evaluations, and subcontractor negotiations.
- Evaluate and certify payments for contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor and report on project costs, variations, and financial performance, highlighting potential risks or savings.
- Prepare and maintain contracts and change orders, ensuring compliance with contractual and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, engineers, and clients to align budgets with design goals.
- Manage cost forecasting, cash flow, and cost control reports throughout all project phases.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, verify quantities, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
