Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Maharashtra, India. The Quantity Surveyor will handle day-to-day tasks including preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tracking project costs, and supporting cost planning throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves monitoring expenditures, maintaining detailed cost records, and preparing regular cost reports for project stakeholders. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost control, adherence to budgets, and alignment with contractual requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets and manage financial risks.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in BOQ preparation and verification to support accurate quantity estimation and tender documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to forecast expenditures and provide clear financial updates to stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of construction contracts, valuation methods, and claims management.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with experience in infrastructure or EPC projects preferred.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
