QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Quantity Surveyor having a Diploma / Degree with a minimum of 10 to 12 years’ experience in Architecture firm / Consultants office for preparation of tenders including knowledge of DSR items, CPWD specications, rate analysis, extract take-offs from Autocad drawings.

Job Description

• Well-versed with methods of measurements and items.

·       Take offs from AutoCAD drawings.

•  Preparation Tender Documents

Experience

•10 to 12 Years.

Qualification

•Diploma in Civil Engineering.

·       Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

• Knowledge of Revit and BIM shall be an added advantage
