Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor having 3-4 years of experience. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting. Additional responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing overall project costs to ensure budget compliance, and supporting the project team in delivering within agreed guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Control
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Skills in Cost Reporting and overall Cost Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage
