Company Description
CVCC is an established infrastructure construction company specialising in roads, bridges, flyovers, and other civil engineering projects.
Role Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to handle KIIFB/NHAI project billing for ongoing multiple road and flyover projects in and around Thiruvananthapuram.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills.
- Handle KIIFB billing documentation and procedures.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity measurements, and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and client representatives for bill certification.
- Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, and cost reports.
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in road, bridge, or flyover project billing.
- Knowledge of MoRTH specifications, SOR, and relevant contract provisions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity calculations.
- Prior experience in KIIFB/PWD project billing preferred.
