A design consultancy in Indiranagar is hiring a Quantity Surveyor with an experience range of 3 to 6 years to support BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project cost tracking for large scale Architectural Projects. The role involves working with design and project teams during different stages of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural drawings
• Estimate project costs during design and execution stages
• Assist in preparing tender documents and reviewing contractor quotations
• Compare vendor and contractor rates to support decision-making
• Verify contractor bills and check site measurements when required
• Track project costs and update budgets based on changes
• Coordinate with architects and project teams to align design and cost
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 3–6 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or cost management
• Experience working on building or architectural projects
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
• Familiarity with MS Excel (for BOQs and cost tracking) and AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of construction materials, finishes, and quantities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks
• Good communication and organizational skills
Work Schedule:
- Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
