A design consultancy in Greater Kailash, Delhi, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor with an experience range of 4 to 6 years, to support BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity analysis for architectural and interior projects. The role involves working with design teams, consultants, and site engineers during different stages of the project.
Project Typology
Projects may include:
• Commercial building projects
• Institutional projects
• Interior and fit-out works
• Architectural design projects
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare Bills of Quantities based on drawings
• Carry out material quantity take-offs
• Prepare cost estimates for project stages
• Update BOQs based on design changes
• Compare contractor and vendor quotations
• Support tender documentation
• Verify contractor bills and quantities
• Coordinate with architects, site teams, and consultants
• Maintain BOQ and cost records
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–6 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation
• Experience working on architectural, interior, or construction projects
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Knowledge of construction materials and finishes
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Good coordination and communication skills
Work Schedule
- Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday
