Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor and Project Budgeting and Tendering role located in Yelahanka. The role will involve preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, managing project finances, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout construction projects. Key tasks include analyzing project specifications, providing financial advice during project planning, contract management, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within the specified budget.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Quantity Surveying and Project Budgeting
- Experience in preparing cost estimates, financial planning, and tender documents
- Knowledge of contract management and cost control strategies
- Proficiency in using relevant software/tools for budgeting and surveying
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
