As a quantity surveying & cost estimation intern at Velozity Global Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field and gain valuable hands-on experience in cost control, quantity surveying, construction management, and project management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of various projects by accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine quantities of materials required
• Collaborate with project managers to track and monitor project costs
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures
• Assist in creating and maintaining project budgets
• Participate in site visits to review progress and address any cost-related issues
• Support the team in preparing progress reports and financial forecasts for projects.
