We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to support our construction projects by preparing accurate quantity take-offs and material estimations. The role involves analyzing structural and architectural drawings, performing RCC quantity measurements, and preparing BOQs for residential and small commercial projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of RCC components such as footings, columns, beams, slabs, plinth beams, staircases, reinforcement, and formwork, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. The candidate will work closely with the project and site teams to ensure accurate quantity calculations, material planning, and timely project support. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings to support cost estimation, planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform RCC quantity measurements and estimation for multiple residential and small commercial construction projects.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, and material estimation reports from structural drawings.
- Calculate quantities for footings, columns, beams, slabs, plinth beams, staircases, reinforcement steel, and formwork.
- Analyze structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD to extract accurate construction quantities.
- Maintain Excel-based tracking sheets for material consumption, BOQs, and project progress.
- Coordinate with site teams and project engineers to verify measurements and support daily construction requirements.
- Assist in cost estimation, project planning, and reporting to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure accuracy in quantity reporting and timely documentation for project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in quantity estimation, quantity surveying, or construction project support (freshers with relevant internship/project experience can also apply).
- Strong understanding of RCC construction elements, including footings, columns, beams, slabs, plinth beams, staircases, reinforcement, and formwork.
- Ability to perform quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation from architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing analysis and interpretation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for quantity calculations, material tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with site teams and engineers.
