Key Responsibilities- 📊 Execute and manage market-making strategies across options & derivatives
- ⚡ Monitor markets in real-time and adjust quotes based on volatility & liquidity
- 🧠 Analyze and manage Option Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta)
- ⚖️ Maintain optimal inventory and risk exposure
- 🤝 Collaborate with quant & tech teams to enhance trading strategies
- 🔍 Identify market inefficiencies and trading opportunities
🎯
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong understanding of options pricing & Greeks
- Excellent mathematical & analytical skills
- Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure
- High attention to detail & strong risk management mindset
- 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or related field

Preferred / Nice to Have- 💻 Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting
- 📈 Background in market making or high-frequency trading
- 🤖 Familiarity with automated trading systems
