We are hiring for roles with our clients in HFT, MFT and Crypto Trading space. Looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in creating trading strategies, backtesting, coding and running PnL with profitable returns and strong sharpe.
Locations: Dubai/Gurugram/Mumbai/Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio using systematic strategies across asset classes and geographies
- Drive end-to-end strategy creation, portfolio allocation, and trading activities
- Creating strategies from scratch, backtesting with historic data, coding and deploying in live trading environment using python or C++
- Lead a team of researchers and analysts, developing innovative, consistently profitable strategies
- Adapt portfolio orientation and risk profiles to evolving market condition
To Qualify for the role:
- Engineering graduate from Tier 1 institution
- 4+ years of quant research experience in Indian or Global Exchanges
- Expertise in C++/Python and quantitative/statistical techniques
- A deep macroeconomic understanding of market dynamics across asset classes
- Excellent communicator, problem solving and analytical skills
