Role Description
The Quantitative Aptitude Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Villupuram. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude topics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, and logical reasoning, using clear explanations and structured problem-solving approaches. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and practice materials, delivering interactive lectures, guiding learners through exercises, and providing individualized support to strengthen conceptual understanding and test-taking strategies. The trainer will assess learner performance through quizzes and assignments, offer constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of progress. Additional duties include coordinating with academic teams to update content, participating in faculty meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement of the training curriculum.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in quantitative aptitude, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.
- Required Experience of 1- 7 years.
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, lesson design, and creating structured practice exercises and assessments.
- Effective classroom delivery skills, including clear communication, engaging presentation, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in test preparation or competitive exam coaching (e.g., CAT, GRE, banking exams, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze learner performance data and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach to mentoring and guidance.
- Comfort with basic educational technology tools for content creation, presentations, and tracking learner progress.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Commerce, or a related quantitative field; relevant teaching or training experience preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Villupuram and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support program outcomes.
