Role Summary

Quanterix is looking for an innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) experienced in building new technologies in a lab environment. This key role demands a leader adept at pioneering new developments to drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team to develop new technologies
• Drive strategic growth by establishing and nurturing partnerships with a diverse network of laboratories, creating pathways for the expansion and deployment of instruments into these facilities.
• Inspire and motivate to achieve ambitious business goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Develop technology roadmap and platforms synergistic to existing ultra-sensitive SIMOA technology
• Represent the company at various technology meetings/conferences
• Technical advisor on inorganic opportunities
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Molecular Biology or Biomedical engineering
• Life Science tools industry experience
• 15+ years of technical experience to include previous leadership roles
• People Management experience
• Experience shaping a Technology Roadmap, developing concepts and building to commercial product
• Track record of innovative and impactful research
