About the role
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our cloud solutions (GCP, AWS, etc.)
2. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to cloud services, providing basic technical guidance and coordinating with internal teams for complex solutions
3. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
4. Assist clients in optimizing their cloud usage, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability
5. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to address client needs and propose tailored solutions
6. Maintain client records, update CRM systems, and document all interactions and opportunities
7. Participate in client onboarding sessions, training initiatives, and feedback meetings to ensure a smooth service experience
8. Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
9. Possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in client management, account handling, business development, or technical support roles
10. Have basic certification or knowledge in Google Cloud and/or AWS preferred
11. Demonstrate strong client communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
12. Show ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to clients
13. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
