Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic and hands-on role that builds strong partnership with building leadership, supports workforce planning, and ensures consistent and high-quality delivery of People Experience services across multiple sites. Each HRBP oversees a cluster of three buildings and leads a team of three HR Generalist and three HR Coordinators. This position handles confidential information and sensitive situations, requiring good judgment and discretion.
Essential Functions:
· Serves as the primary HR partner for building leadership across assigned buildings.
· Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, staffing strategies and change management.
· Use HR metrics (turnover, attendance, staffing levels, engagement indicators) to recommend proactive solutions.
· Lead, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and corrective actions.
· Ensure consistent and legally compliant application of company policies across assigned sites.
· Coach leaders through performance concerns, conflict resolution and behavior-based issues.
· Directly supervise and develop 3 HR Generalist and 3 HR Coordinators
· Assign priorities, ensure balanced workload distribution and maintain quality and consistency of People Experience delivery
· Provide coaching, feedback and skill development for HRG/HRC team members
· Supports HRG’s with building leaders in performance reviews, coaching conversation and development planning
· Partner with operations and recruiting on workforce stability and internal mobility
· Monitor probationary periods, performance improvement plans and progression decisions
· Drive building level engagement activities, recognition programs and DEIB – Related efforts
· Identify risk areas and implement preventative HR Solutions
· Oversee consistent execution of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, attendance, corrective actions and documentation
· Lead Internal transfers and promotion request
· Recommend improvements to systems, workflows and building level HR practices
· Lead or contribute to PX wide projects and organizational initiatives
· Maintain regular presence across assigned buildings
· Build strong relationships with managers and employees with each location
· Provide on-site guidance during escalations, investigations or sensitive meetings
· Communicate and guide the application of human resources and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and other relevant HR Laws.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
· Experience in utilizing HRIS to administer benefits.
· PHR or SPHR preferred.

· Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish or Swahili preferred.

· Must have a Valid Passport or other documents allowing international travel or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
· Ability to distinguish between colors.
· Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
· Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally – travel required is minimal – less than 5%.
