Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure quality compliance across project sites with respect to: a) RCC works b) Finishing activities
- Assist in value engineering initiatives during design and execution stages to optimize cost, improve constructability, and enhance product value
- Review and implement quality-related terms and conditions in contracts, technical specifications, and vendor scope documents
- Develop and standardize checklists, pour cards, method statements, and specifications for effective site execution and inspections

Mandatory Requirements:
- Industry: Real Estate, Developer & Construction
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering.
- Skills: Leadership Skills, Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market
- Relevant Experience: 8 - 10 Years
