- Dedicated, Resourceful and Dynamic Professional with a career span of 10+ years in Six Sigma Green Belt Projects, CMMI SVC-2.0, Transformational Quality, Process Improvement, Continuous improvement, Lean Implementation/Assessment, ISO implementation, Metric Enhancement, Business Excellence, Service delivery assessment & gap analysis and Capacity Enhancement
- Enriched with logical reasoning, capable of monitoring quality, developing detailed metrics, facilitating 5S implementation, Kanban (optimal inventory management).
- Proven ability in problem-solving and the PDCA approach. Extensive implicational knowledge in CAPA/PCA, RCA, gap analysis, and drive performance of qualitative metrics basis SLAs
- Motivated and goal-driven team player with strong work ethic, continuously striving for improvement coupled with excellent administrative aptitude and a commitment to offering quality work.
- Excellent Relationship with top Management and stakeholders, with the ability to conceive profitable and efficient solutions utilizing technology.
Note: This role is not related to software testing. It is a pure Quality Assurance role, focusing on process improvement, operational excellence, metrics management, and service delivery assessment, specifically for professionals with experience in CMMI SVC and Six Sigma.
