Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist, based in Gurgaon, India. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality control assessments, quality assurance processes, and quality auditing to ensure adherence to HABH regulatory standards and best practices. The role also involves analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, preparing comprehensive quality reports, and effectively communicating findings to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing processes.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and data, identify issues, and suggest effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to accurately report findings and collaborate with team members.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostic facilities is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related area is preferred.
