About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Quality professional to join TÜV SÜD’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digitization initiatives, data analytics, and proficiency with Microsoft digital tools. This role is pivotal in driving process excellence and implementing innovative digital solutions within the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing quality frameworks, develop new tools, and lead the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence into quality management processes. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of quality operations through digital transformation, leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, statistics, or an equivalent field (minimum qualification).
- At least 5+ years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or related roles, with a focus on digitization and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve existing quality tools and frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Lead the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies into quality management processes to enhance predictive capabilities and decision-making.
- Develop innovative quality tools and methodologies tailored to departmental and organizational requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, providing real-time insights into quality metrics and KPIs.
- Oversee the management and enhancement of the Corporate Quality Portal, ensuring it remains a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for quality documentation and reporting.
- Promote the adoption of Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve collaboration across teams.
- Drive digitization initiatives aimed at transforming existing processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting future process improvement projects.
- Perform thorough data analysis to support corporate quality initiatives, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present data insights and reports for senior leadership meetings, facilitating informed decision-making at the executive level.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of IT architecture, data flow, and system integration to support digital transformation efforts effectively.
- Leverage experience in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and internal audits (ISO 9001) to strengthen quality management systems.
