Customer service advisor

QS Recruitment are seeking professional and reliable people for an exciting new customer service role! Candidates will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience, from start to finish. You will deal with processing orders and returns, manage complaints, and helping customers throughout their buying experience. You may be required to travel between sites, so access to your own vehicle is essential. To be successful you must have: - Customer service experience - Access to your own vehicle - Be driven, motivated and enthusiastic - Have a positive and proactive attitude This is an ongoing, long term, temp to perm role.
