Quality & Regulatory Assurance
Neulife – Elevating Human Performance
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Regulatory Manager to ensure all Neulife products meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is a hands-on, mid-level role focused on execution across batch quality, documentation, vendor coordination, and regulatory adherence.
Role Purpose
Ensure all products released by Neulife are consistent in quality, fully compliant, and audit-ready, while supporting smooth coordination between manufacturing, operations, and product teams.

What You Own
1.) Product Quality Assurance
• Review batch records, COAs, and test reports before product release
• Conduct random quality checks on finished goods
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and physical parameters
• Maintain batch-wise traceability across all SKUs
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues
2.) Regulatory Compliance (FSSAI & Labelling)
• Ensure all products comply with FSSAI regulations
• Review product labels for accuracy (ingredients, claims, formats)
• Maintain licenses, registrations, and regulatory documentation
• Stay updated with changes in nutraceutical guidelines
• Support documentation for new product approvals
3.) Vendor & Manufacturing Quality Control
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure adherence to GMP standards
• Approve raw materials and packaging materials as per specifications
• Monitor vendor quality performance and highlight deviations
• Support basic vendor audits and quality checklists
4.) Documentation & Audit Readiness
• Maintain organized QA documentation, SOPs, and batch records
• Ensure all compliance files are updated and accessible
• Coordinate with external labs for testing and reports
• Support internal and external audits
5.) Customer Complaint Handling (Quality)
• Track and categorize product-related complaints
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Coordinate with operations and vendors to resolve issues
• Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
6.) New Product & Launch Support
• Review formulations and ingredient lists from a compliance perspective
• Ensure packaging and labels are compliant before launch
• Coordinate with R&D, operations, and marketing teams
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Microbiology or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in QA / Regulatory (nutraceuticals, pharma, or FMCG preferred)
• Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations and labelling norms
• Familiarity with GMP standards and quality documentation
• Experience reviewing COAs, batch records, and test reports
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Good coordination and communication skills
