Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Product PR and Platform Reviews Specialist based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of the platform through regular auditing and quality control measures. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth reviews of platform functionality and translations, monitoring performance metrics, implementing quality improvement processes, and serving as a liaison between users and the product development team. The role will also involve effective communication with stakeholders and providing actionable feedback to enhance both product quality and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating platform performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey actionable feedback clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in tech-driven platforms or AI-based applications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
