🎯 Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Skills:
✔ Experience in Quality domain (BFSI / Banking / Financial Services / BPO / BPM)
✔ Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
✔ RCA (Root Cause Analysis) experience
✔ CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action)
✔ Basic Lean & Six Sigma concepts
🔹 Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement Consultant
💰 CTC: Up to 8 LPA
🎯 Experience: 4+ Years
Key Skills:
✔ Process Improvement / Continuous Improvement experience
✔ Lean & Six Sigma project exposure
✔ Certification preferred (Yellow / Green / Black Belt)
✔ Strong BFSI / BPM / BPO domain experience
🔹 Senior Process Excellence / Quality Consultant
💰 CTC: Up to 11 LPA
🎯 Experience: 6+ Years
Key Skills:
✔ Strong Process Excellence / Quality transformation experience
✔ Leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives independently
✔ Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred
✔ BFSI / BPM / BPO domain expertise
