The Presales QA role is responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, and process adherence across the presales funnel. This includes evaluating outreach quality, discovery calls, SAL qualification, solutioning accuracy and documentation hygiene. The role strengthens presales performance through QA audits, CAPA governance, SOP management, training support, and best-practice enablement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance & Audits
Implement QA standards, checklists, scoring rubrics, and documentation guidelines.
Conduct routine audits across emails, call recordings, discovery notes, SAL creation, opportunity qualification, and proposals.
2. CAPA & Governance
Identify quality gaps and run root cause analysis (RCA) for process and solutioning errors.
Drive Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) plans and track closure with owners.
3. SOP & Training Support
Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, checklists, and guidelines across the process.
Support development of the training curriculum, onboarding modules, and refresher sessions.
4. Knowledge Management & Best Practices
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, best practice workshops, and skill-based forums.
Maintain a structured repository of case studies, templates, playbooks and credentials.
