Experience Minimum 5 years hands-on QC/QA in a manufacturing environment

industry intermediary supplying precision rubber compounds and mixes to both domestic and export markets.
Founded and led by a professional with a B.Tech (Chemical Engineering, IIT Madras) and MBA (IIM
Lucknow), Svan Elastomers operates from a purpose-built industrial facility at Sipcot Pochampalli, equipped
with advanced production machinery and a dedicated rubber testing laboratory.
The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified (TÜV) and is currently progressing towards IATF 16949 certification
— making this a pivotal role in the company's quality journey.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Quality Manager will be the single point of ownership for all quality control and quality assurance activities
at the plant. This includes maintaining and continuously improving our ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality
Management System, independently leading internal and external audits, and building a culture of quality
excellence across the production floor.
This is a senior, autonomous role — the candidate will function as the company's quality authority, working
directly with the Production Head and Managing Director.
