About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee the daily quality and maintenance standards of our properties. The role involves regular field visits, conducting quality audits, ensuring caretakers follow company standards, and maintaining the readiness of all properties for guest stays. This position is crucial in ensuring consistent guest experience, property upkeep, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site quality inspections of assigned properties
- Check cleanliness, hygiene, basic maintenance, and overall property readiness
- Ensure caretakers follow company standards and SOPs
- Coordinate with operations/maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Capture photos and submit inspection and quality reports
- Maintain simple tracking using Excel / Google Sheets
- Escalate major issues to the Operations Manager
Requirements
- Experience in quality, operations, facility management, or hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Bangalore
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Should own a 2 wheeler and a valid DL.
- Should have a laptop.
