Job Title: Quality Manager
Experience:

Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per defined quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain all quality-related documentation and records.
- Monitor and control product quality at all stages of production.
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints effectively and drive process improvement initiatives to minimize complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage quality laboratory activities, including testing, calibration, and record keeping.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, test certificates, and other quality-related documents.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving zero-defect manufacturing and improving overall product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience in inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related documentation systems.
